Shipping & Returns
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by the purchaser, as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this the website www. recreus.com or otherwise agreed on beforehand in writing between RECREUS and the purchaser. All purchases from RECREUS are made in accordance with a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from RECREUS pass to the customer upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
RECREUS strives to ship orders between 24 - 48 hrs, however we do not guarantee delivery or shipment dates. The delivery period is non-binding, although we do try to give as accurate an indication of delivery times as possible. Each shipment is subject to RECREUS being supplied promptly and correctly with a full shipping address. RECREUS is not responsible for delays or loss stemming from shipments sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.
Delivery is affected against a shipment fee. The exact costs of shipment are shown separately in the order. Customers are responsible for contacting us to initiate any claim for damaged and/or lost shipments. For international orders, customers are responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, VAT, duties due upon receipt.
Returning Purchased Items
By means of our website we try to give the customer the best information about our products. If a product does not meet with the customer's expectations it can be returned under certain conditions.
Products that have been processed: cut lengths etc. cannot be returned. Standard items of standard sizes can be returned.
RECREUS accepts returns for any unaffected standard items (where “unaffected” means the purchase has never been used or otherwise changed) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of merchandise. After such time, all sales are considered final. RECREUS cannot accept returns on purchased products that have been used in any way.
