Filaflex SEBS is a high-performance TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) filament engineered for the most demanding applications. With a Shore hardness of 90A, this rubber-based filament combines exceptional flexibility with outstanding durability, offering superior resistance to impact, fatigue, and environmental factors. What sets it apart is its universal compatibility with all types of 3D printers, including bowden systems, making professional-grade flexible printing accessible to everyone.
Featuring remarkable chemical and UV resistance, Filaflex SEBS excels in outdoor applications exposed to harsh conditions. Its hydrophobic nature ensures reliable performance in humid environments, while delivering excellent detail and a premium soft-touch finish. Filaflex SEBS
Before you print
- Dry it: 50 °C · 20 min. Moisture causes most problems.
- Feed it from an external spool (never through an AMS or MMU), ideally with a direct-drive extruder.
Good to know
- SEBS is a rubber-like thermoplastic elastomer with excellent layer adhesion and thermal stability.
- It needs a hot bed (around 75 °C; the profile sets it) and a draft-free environment: use an enclosure if you have one.
- Watch the first layers closely to ensure good adhesion.
Temperatures, speeds, retraction, bed and fan depend on your printer and nozzle: they come already tuned in your profile.
