From Recreus we introduce you to the new family of Purifier materials capable of achieving it.

What filaments make up the new Purifier family?

The new Purifier range of materials consists of two new 3D printing filaments:

  • Filaflex Purifier
  • PLA Purifier

Filaments that are well known in the industry, one flexible and soft (Filaflex) and another rigid and one of the most popular and used in 3D printing (Recreus PLA), which include an additive with an innovative compound that adsorbs and mineralizes Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's), turning them into mineral particles harmless to the environment and human beings.

How do they work?

STEP 1

Parts printed with Filaflex Purifier and PLA Purifier contain the latest technology in gas mineralization.

Through this technology, the CO2, NOx and VOCs particles that adhere to the surface of the parts printed with Purifier filaments undergo a transformation.

This transformation of harmful particles into harmless particles is achieved through the processes of catalysis and photocatalysis.

This is how particles derived from greenhouse gases and harmful gases (CO2, NOx, and VOCs) are transformed into mineral particles that are harmless to the environment.
