TPU Filament Filaflex 95A 'Medium-Flex' is a TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) filament, the easiest flexible filament to 3d print from the entire Filaflex range.

Filaflex 95A TPU filament has a shore hardness of 95A and can stretch up to 500% before breaking. After stretching, it returns to its original shape without deforming or breaking, presenting excellent mechanical properties. Filaflex 95A is equivalent to the highest Shore hardness of the Filaflex range. The other hardnesses that would complete the Filaflex flexible filament range, from higher to lower hardness, would be: Filaflex 82A, Filaflex 70A and Filaflex 60A.

Filaflex flexible filaments are characterized by their great adherence to the printing bed, so they do not require a heated bed, blue tape, kapton tape, lacquer or any other adhesive spray. In addition, they are odorless and resistant to certain types of solvents and fuels. Printing with them requires different guidelines than rigid filaments. For this, the 3D printer must be properly configured.

The TPU Filament Filaflex 95A 'Medium-Flex' is compatible with all 3D printers. It is a very easy to print flexible filament with excellent mechanical properties. If you want to start 3D printing with TPU filaments, this is your ideal elastic filament!

TPU Filament Filaflex 95A is non-toxic and can be in contact with the skin. Consult for medical or food use. It can be used to create:

Ich verarbeite Filaflex in verschiedenen Ausführungen mit einem Bambulab P1S. Die von Recreus angebotenen Druckprofile zum Downloaden funktionieren sehr gut und können im Slicer leicht auf die gewünschten Eigenschaften
angepasst werden. Stringing: Sehr wenig, bis überhaupt nicht vorhanden, aber nur wenn man die Druckreihenfolge bei Kleinteilen im Slicer NICHT nach Schicht, sondern nach Objekt wählt. Die Haptik von Filaflex Foamy 95A empfinde ich für meinen Zweck (Musik-Instrumentenbau) als noch angenehmer wie Standard Filaflex TPU 95A. Für Filaflex Foamy hat sich in meinem Fall ein Flussverhältnis von 0.9 als optimal erwiesen - so funktioniert es sogar mit einer sehr feinen Schichtung von 0,1 mm einwandfrei! Das Ergebnis ist sehr überzeugend! Die Bestellabwicklung und Lieferung von Recreus ist vorbildlich und ausgesprochen schnell - jederzeit wieder gerne! Sehr empfehlenswert.

Excellent product

I ordered from USA and the product arrived under 1 week with free shipping. The 95A is perfect for what I needed. Firm rubber which I use to pad a bump stop on our bike rack systems. Pretty happy to see it working. I print on a Bamboo Labs P1S and set the retraction to the recommendation for Filaflex and it prints perfectly! No stringy fingers between parts.

Très facile à imprimer !

Très facile à imprimer, même sur mon imprimante Ultimaker 2+ bowden. Emballage très soigné. Excellentes propriétés mécaniques. Bonne adhérence entre les couches et pas besoin de lit chaud car il adhère très bien à la surface. 100% recommandable. Un semi-flexible avec lequel n'importe qui pourrait commencer à faire des essais en raison de sa facilité d'impression.
